For our headquarters, we are looking for a strong IT professional working at the intersection of Project Management, Operations, Systems Analysis, Business Analysis and Process Design.

This is not a traditional, purely coordinating PM role. We are looking for someone who not only manages tasks and communication, but actively builds structures: processes, system logic, documentation, workflows, service structures and clear collaboration between teams.

The role is intentionally hands-on.

• Analysis and structuring of internal IT and operational processes
• Description and design of target processes, roles, collaboration rules and workflows
• Working at the interface between Business, Operations and IT, translating requirements into clear processes, structures and system logic
• Building and further developing Jira, Jira Service Management and Confluence as central platforms for requests, processes and transparency
• Configuration of workflows, request types, queues, automations, dashboards, portal structures, status models and routing logic
• Creation of diagrams, process maps, documentation, guidelines and internal standards
• Supporting the implementation of new processes and ensuring they are used in daily operations
• Contributing to the development of a scalable internal system on both a conceptual and operational level
• Collaboration with internal teams, management and external service providers

• Experience in one or more areas such as Project Management, IT Operations, Business Analysis, Systems Analysis or Process Management
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira, ideally also with Jira Service Management
• Experience in building processes, structures, workflows and documentation
• Ability to work at the intersection of business and technical implementation
• Strong structured and analytical thinking
• Ability to turn unclear or chaotic environments into functional systems
• Practical, execution-focused working style
• Ability to independently build processes, requirements and structures
• Willingness to combine different roles depending on the situation
• German and English required
• Russian is a plus
